Uplifting mindfulness and breathwork sessions and workshops that help individuals and groups release overwhelm, reconnect to their worth, and move forward with renewed confidence.
Kim Brochu, founder of KB Wellness, has always been wired for connection, care, and empowerment. At nine years old, she turned her front lawn into a neighborhood “spa,” offering books, refreshments, movement classes, and even massage. An early glimpse into the safe, welcoming spaces she creates today.
Now a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Kim continued her path with Trauma-Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Certification and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness Practitioner training, giving her a science-backed foundation in emotional regulation, safety-centered facilitation, and healing-focused movement. She is also a Certified Life Coach through the Lahari Yoga training path, CanFitPro Certified, and a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (100 hours), with over 1000 hours guiding yoga and mindfulness programs in schools, sports environments, and community group settings.
What truly sets Kim apart isn’t just her certifications, but her ability to help people exhale, feel seen, and reconnect with their inner strength. She believes wellness should be accessible for every age, identity, and ability, and that the most powerful transformations happen when we slow down, breathe, and grow together.
Her workshops and group sessions leave participants feeling grounded, empowered, and reminded of their worth, because presence, not perfection, is where real change begins.
Kim creates safe spaces to breathe, move, and reconnect. From workplaces to youth programs and community groups, participants describe her as inspiring, grounding, and unforgettable. She doesn’t just teach tools, she helps people feel the shift.
